- DO WE SERVE BREAKFAST OR ANY OTHER MEALS?
We can organise food to be delivered from the best restaurants in Seminyak. We do not serve our own meals, however we provide cooking facilities and there are many fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby that cater for all budgets.
- DO WE PROVIDE TRANSFERS?
Yes but there is a charge. We charge USD$20 per car (seats 4) for transfers from the airport and USD$15 per car for transfers to the airport.
- DOES OUR RATES INCLUDE TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES?
- DO WE NEED TO TIP STAFF?
No, tipping is not necessary but if you feel staff deserve to be rewarded for exceptional service that is ok but not expected.
- HOW CLOSE ARE WE TO THE BEACH?
We are 700 metres to the beach.
- DO WE HAVE SECURITY?
Our staff are on duty 24/7 and we have CCTV in the car park and our office.
- DO WE OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Generally no because our rates and our property is superior to our competitors.
- DO WE ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?
No, we recommend our guests have travel insurance in order to cover for any unforeseen reasons for non travel.
- DO WE CHARGE A SURCHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, we have a 5% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
